How It Works

  • The words and music on this CD will help increase your child’s self-confidence and build a more confident and positive outlook.
  • It can be played at any time, we recommended to play it before going to bed or at quiet/rest times in the day when the mind is most receptive to new thoughts and ideas.
  • By listening to repeated positive messages a child will gradually begin to show signs of improvement, sometimes parents see results after just one day.
  • The C.D’s last for up to an hour and consists of 2-3 sections each lasting 10-20 minutes
  • For best results, we recommend you use it consecutively for 14-21 days.

Belief Systems

The messages we feed our children’s minds ultimately determines the adults they will become. Parents are often unaware of the messages they inadvertently give their children. Listening and hearing new and empowering messages coming from children’s voices, is a great way to teach and inspire your child to believe in him or herself. If a child is constantly told they are stupid or lazy, they may unconsciously act out those roles.

Beliefs

  • Create our identities
  • Affect our thoughts and feelings
  • Shape our values
  • Are either positive or negative

Affirmations

Are words or sentences, repeated and used to described a desired situation or positive outcome.

Subconscious Mind

The subconscious mind is the part of the brain that enables our bodily functions to work without us  thinking about it, for example when we blink or our heart beats. These things just happen without us consciously controlling them. The same part of our brain is making decisions and learning all the time, it is influenced by our feelings and emotions. One of the best ways of developing the subconscious mind is through music and positive thoughts.

It has long been known that our emotional development and wellbeing are directly linked to our state of mind.

“if you think you can you can, if you think you can’t you can’t”.   Jack Canfield.
